For 15 years, Giorgos' small kafeneion at Gerasimou Pardali 5, Heraklion has been a place full of encounters. We have spent countless evenings here – with good food, wine, music and friendship. Especially the nights with live Rembetiko music from his friends are unforgettable: guests became friends, everyone sang together, danced, laughed.

But now comes a sad moment:
The house has been sold, and Giorgos must clear out his kafeneion by the end of this week. With this, a piece of joie de vivre disappears from the neighborhood. Many people will miss this place and Giorgos as a host.

But Giorgos wouldn't be Giorgos if he didn't turn this into something beautiful once more.
👉 Therefore, we're opening the doors Tuesday and Wednesday, from 10:30 to 22:00, for a very special flea market.
